There are numerous intriguing games in Week 10 of the NFL season. The Seattle Seahawks take on the Green Bay Packers in the week’s main event, and both teams’ quarterbacks might return.
On Saturday, Aaron Rodgers might be activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list. Russell Wilson, who has been sidelined for a month due to an injury to his throwing hand’s middle finger, is expected to return for the Seahawks.
The Arizona Cardinals will make a decision on quarterback Kyler Murray, who missed last week due to an ankle injury, on Sunday. In Week 9, Arizona went with Colt McCoy and cruised through the San Francisco 49ers.

Miami Dolphins quarterback Jacoby Brissett left Thursday’s game against the Baltimore Ravens after injuring his knee in the third quarter. Tua Tagovailoa took over when he failed to return, guiding Miami to a 22-10 surprise victory. In addition, after sustaining a shoulder injury against the New England Patriots last week, Carolina Panthers quarterback Sam Darnold was placed on injured reserve on Friday. For at least four weeks, he will be out of commission. Cam Newton was re-signed by the Panthers as a free agency.

Spraining of the ankle Murray has a sprained left ankle and is rated as doubtful for Sunday’s game against the Panthers. This week, he said that he was substantially better than the prior week. Murray practiced for the first time in two weeks on Friday, which is encouraging for the Cardinals, but coach Kliff Kingsbury said Murray doesn’t have to be 100 percent ready to play on Sunday. He just needs to be able to move enough to defend himself.
Hamstring injury After missing his second consecutive week of practice, Hopkins will be a game-time decision. Hopkins has been improving, according to Kliff Kingsbury, but Arizona is being careful with his soft tissue injury since they don’t want it to linger. When Hopkins returns, the Cardinals want him to be at full strength. Josh Weinfuss (@JoshWeinfuss)
Ankle injury Smith will be out for the second game in a row due to an ankle ailment. For the sixth consecutive season, he has missed several games. In Smith’s absence, the Cowboys will start Terence Steele at left tackle. He had a rough start in last week’s defeat to Denver, but believed he improved as the game progressed. Steele got all of the repetitions at left tackle this week in practice, and he and the coaches feel the extra effort will benefit him this week. In the event that he fails, the Cowboys will turn to experienced backup Ty Nsekhe. They do not want La’el Collins to be moved to the right side. Todd Archer is a writer.
Spraining of the ankle With guard Graham Glasgow already on injured reserve for the remainder of the season, the Broncos will be without three starting offensive lineman when they meet the Eagles on Sunday, as both Bolles and Massie will be out. Last Sunday’s victory against Dallas allowed the Broncos to work on their run game with three backups on the offensive line for most of the day, and they’ll need the same effort this week. When you add in the fact that offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur is set to sit out the game after testing positive for COVID-19 on Friday, the Broncos will have a lot of problems when they have the ball. Legwold, Jeff
Thigh Williams has been ruled out of Sunday’s game against Pittsburgh due to injury. He was at the Lions’ facility all week, but he didn’t practice. Prior to the bye, he was also inactive for the Week 8 defeat to Philadelphia.
Hip Seibert (right hip) has been ruled out of Sunday’s game as well. On Wednesday and Thursday, he was at the Lions’ facility for limited sessions, but he didn’t practice on Friday and was declared inactive. Eric Woodyard’s remark
COVID-19 is a disease that affects people. Rodgers will not be seen by the Packers until Saturday, the first day he is permitted back into the facility after his obligatory quarantine. Rodgers basically engaged in everything he could, but he was plainly unable to practice. Jordan Love has completed all of the exercises and is ready to begin, but “the idea is for Aaron to return Saturday, so he’ll be going,” he added. Demovsky, Rob
A bruised heel is the result of an injury. Robinson did not practice Wednesday, was limited Thursday, and did not participate in a position drill during the open media portion of Friday’s practice. Coach Urban Meyer said earlier in the week that he was getting positive information about Robinson’s ability to play against the Colts, but Robinson did not practice Wednesday, was limited Thursday, and did not participate in a position drill during the open media portion of Friday’s practice. It might be a game-day decision, similar to last week, when Robinson evaluated his foot during pregame warmups before being benched. Even if Robinson plays, Carlos Hyde should get more action than he does when Robinson is healthy. Michael DiRocco’s remark
Ankle Kwiatkoski, a former starter and Denzel Perryman’s main backup at middle linebacker, will be spelled by veteran K.J. Wright, who has started two games this season on the outside. As a backup, Marquel Lee is also an option. Gutierrez, Paul
Elbow injury The Vikings will be without nose tackle Michael Pierce once again, as his rehabilitation from an elbow injury suffered weeks ago isn’t progressing as quickly as the Vikings had hoped. After playing 98 plays against Baltimore, linebacker Anthony Barr, who has been suffering with a knee ailment since training camp, is out this week. Barr will be routinely rested the remainder of the season to protect his knee, which has been a persistent concern for him, according to Co-Defensive Coordinator Adam Zimmer, but the club won’t be able to get him on the field this week in LA. Courtney Cronin (Courtney Cronin)
Concussion is a common injury. Both of the team’s leading rushers exited Sunday’s game against the Panthers in the fourth quarter and have been in concussion protocol ever since. The club did not add a running back to the practice squad, which might indicate that they are confident that one or both of them will be cleared in time for Sunday’s game. The only other running backs on the roster are J.J. Taylor and Brandon Bolden. — Reiss, Mike
Injury: Knee Kamara isn’t anticipated to be sidelined for long, but he’ll be missed since he’s such an important part of New Orleans’ attack. Kamara leads the Saints’ 31st-ranked passing attack with 105 yards from scrimmage per game, seven touchdowns, and 32 catches (10 more than anyone else on the club). The Saints’ one saving grace is that they just acquired Mark Ingram, a dependable experienced backup quarterback. As a rusher and a pass-catcher, he should have a big game on Sunday.
Knee, shoudler injury Armstead is one of the greatest left tackles in the NFL, so he’ll be missed, particularly since left guard Andrus Peat has been out with a pectoral ailment since last month. The Saints, on the other hand, have done an excellent job of filling up for numerous offensive line ailments this season (including Armstead missing time earlier this season). To replace Armstead, veteran tackle/guard James Hurst should go from left guard to left tackle, with second-year pro Calvin Throckmorton filling in at guard. Triplett, Mike
Hip flexor injury Corey Davis practiced all week after missing two games and will play against the Bills on Sunday. Since he last played, the offensive has evolved. Mike White distributes the ball equally, unlike injured quarterback Zach Wilson, who concentrated too much on Davis. You’d think it would mean fewer targets for Davis, who has seven on the season, but the Jets are passing more often with White, so it should be a wash. Cimini, Rich
Concussion is a common injury. Sweat is classified as doubtful, although he practiced this week and is likely to be released from concussion protocol on Friday, according to coach Nick Sirianni. This enhances his chances of playing versus Denver. Meanwhile, tackle Andre Dillard sustained a knee injury during Friday’s practice and is doubtful. Tim McManus, Ph.D.
Toe injury Claypool hurt his toe in the Steelers’ victory over the Bears and didn’t practice for the next two days following the Monday night game. Claypool’s injury has taken a toll on the wide receiver depth chart. Expect an increase in Cody White’s workload and an increase in Pat Freiermuth’s target share. Brooke Pryor is an actress who plays Brooke Pryor.
Neck injury Armstead is one of many Niners suffering with injuries this week, but he seems to be on the mend for Monday night’s game against the Rams. On Thursday, Armstead was restricted in practice, but he did not practice on Friday. Losing Armstead might give Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford more time to sit back and locate one of his numerous weapons, especially with defensive backs Jimmie Ward, Josh Norman, and Dre Kirkpatrick all battling with injuries. Nick Wagoner is a writer.
Neck injury Russell Wilson has returned from a three-game finger injury, but the Seahawks’ offense won’t be fully functional Sunday at Green Bay since Chris Carson is out again. Seattle’s leading rusher returned to practice on Wednesday, but his neck ailment will keep him out for at least another week. With Carson out for the sixth consecutive game, expect Alex Collins to return to the starting lineup, with Rashaad Penny and Travis Homer serving as early down possibilities and Travis Homer and DeeJay Dallas serving as change-of-pace alternatives. Brady Henderson’s quote
Hamstring injury Jones was taken off the injured report earlier this week, but it was only for a brief time. During an individual time on Thursday, he appeared to alter something. Jones was listed as a limited participant due to a hamstring issue on the report. Jones has been dealing with a chronic ailment this season. His availability for this week’s game against the Saints is in doubt. Turron Davenport (Turron Davenport)
