Tom Brady has been one of the most successful quarterbacks in NFL history, but he’s not ready to give up his career just yet. He still enjoys playing football and is looking forward to competing for another 10 years.
Tom Brady is a professional football player and the quarterback for the New England Patriots. His wife Gisele Bundchen has said that she would let him play until he’s 50.
Tom Brady stated during an interview on “The Late Late Show with James Corden” minutes after the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ 31-9 victory against the then-defending champion Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LV that his wife wanted him to retire after that game. Gisele reportedly approached Brady minutes after the game and said, “What more do you have to prove?” according to Brady. The quarterback, on the other hand, just hugged his supermodel wife. Gisele was also quoted as saying that she completely backed Brady’s decision to accept a one-year contract extension with the Buccaneers, allowing him to achieve his objective of playing until he is 45 years old.
Brady had a change of heart.
Brady, 44, informed his teammate, tight end Rob Gronkowski, on an episode of “Tommy and Gronky,” that he’s open to playing until he’s 50 years old. Brady made the statement after Gronkowski informed him that it was one of the most Googled queries about him. Gronkowski also recommended that fans look into if Brady’s wife, Gisele, will let him to continue playing until he reaches that age. “You know, that question has a little twist to it. “I believe Gisele will let Tom to play until he is 50,” Gronkowski stated. Brady concurred with Gronkowsi, adding, “That is a much better question, and in fact, why wouldn’t people Google that?” Brady immediately took a serious tone and sent a message to his wife, stating, “I’m sorry, sweetheart.”
I’m in love with you. I’m sure you’d agree. According to a paraphrase of the show’s YouTube video, “you’d let me do anything as long as I’m pleased.”
Brady offers some more advise for quarterbacks.
Brady was questioned about his advice to other quarterbacks who want to have a long and successful career in the NFL in a previous discussion with the media.
“I mean, I wrote a book about it,” she says. I really did. Brady said, “It’s a terrific book, too,” referring to his book, “The TB12 Method: How to Achieve a Lifetime of Sustained Peak Performance.” When questioned about his advice to his fellow quarterbacks, Brady said, “good luck,” according to Mike Florio of NBC Sports’ Pro Football Talk.
Brady said that having a long and successful NFL career is difficult, particularly for quarterbacks, but that if they do the right things, they have a chance. “However, I see a lot of individuals who aren’t doing the proper things. I try to impact as many people as I can,” Brady stated, adding that they must first like what they do. In order to have a long and successful NFL career, Brady stressed the necessity of commitment.
